At its core is the Three-Pile System™ - a brain triage method for ADHD brains that see everything as either “NOW” or “NOT NOW.” Instead of an endless to-do list, you organize tasks into three piles: HOT (today, 3 max), WARM (flexible timing), and COLD (brain dump). That’s it.
