At its core is the Three-Pile System - a brain triage method for ADHD brains that see everything as either NOW or NOT NOW. Instead of an endless to-do list, you organize tasks into three piles: HOT (today, 3 max), WARM (flexible timing), and COLD (brain dump). Thats it.

The book also covers relationships, work survival, dopamine engineering, and emergency protocols for when everything falls apart. Written for adults who are smart, capable, and done being told to just try harder.
